After becoming a mom of three, Heather Bolt struggled to find clothes that made her look and feel fabulous–so she designed some! Dotty focuses on feminine pieces that flatter and feel fantastic, from wrap-dresses to blouses to sparkly pants! The clothes are manufactured in Toronto with an eye to sustainability and ethic garment production.
